When you submit media files (videos, images, or audio) to FotoStream Ranchi for editing, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content or have obtained the necessary legal licenses to edit and modify it. We reserve the right to reject any media containing unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.
Our goal is to deliver stunning, premium visuals. Revision guidelines are specified within each individual contract or billing package. Requesting structural script, cameragraphy, or complex editing changes outside the original project scope may incur additional fees.
All service prices, deposit requirements, and payment schedule guidelines are determined prior to project kick-off. Cancellations made after cameragraphy shooting has initiated or editing drafts have been generated are subject to non-refundable setup fees as specified in your service contract.
In no event shall FotoStream Ranchi be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost files, client deadlines, or data breaches during digital transfers.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
